Can I try out Selyo to see if it fits my business needs?

We are more than happy to provide you with a 14 day free trial for your convenience. All new accounts come with this 100% free trial which you can cancel at any time.

How many stamps can my loyalty card have?

We usually recommend 8 to 10 stamps per loyalty card, but you can choose as many stamps as you'd like. In our loyalty card design studio, you have the option to upload your own card design or choose from one of our pre-made templates.

What will my loyalty card look like?

The design of your loyalty card is 100% up to you. We have an array of pre-designed templates that you can adjust to fit your needs, or you also have the option to upload a completely unique design of your own.

I would like to create my own design, but need help.

If you'd like your own design, but graphics really aren't your forte, our support team can help put you in touch with expert designers who are familiar with creating loyalty cards for other successful businesses. Setting you on the path to a more loyal customer base!

How can I make sure a customer's loyalty card is stamped each time they make a purchase?

Electronically "stamping" your customer's loyalty card is simple. Each time a patron comes in and makes a purchase, you or a member of your staff can scan a barcode on their phone and their electronic loyalty card will be automatically stamped. Some of our Selyo users provide a shared device by the till for their staff to use, while others prefer that each member of their staff install Selyo separately, on their own devices.

Is it secure?

Yes. Selyo does not use any gimicks that would allow customers (or other retailers) to add stamps to your card. Only your authorised staff members are able to do that and you can withdraw that access at any time.

What other benefits does Selyo have besides being a loyalty program?

Selyo is more than just a loyalty program, but also an easy and convenient way to market your business to your patrons, increasing the overall lifetime value of each customer. After a customer adds their first stamp to their loyalty card, you have the option to send them a customizable welcome email to engage and keep them coming back again and again!

Can I link Selyo to my EPOS system?

Yes, if your till system allows for API calls to the internet and can scan the Selyo QR code. Selyo provides an API endpoint which allows you to add and remove stamps.
